Withdraw a student
Use this form to tell the academy that your child will be leaving. The office will confirm it with you.
This sends a request, and does not end your child's place by itself. The academy office will review it, confirm the last day with you, and calculate any refund due under the refund policy.
Can't find your student number? Contact the academy office and they will look it up for you.
