Terms and conditions

Classes run three times a week, on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, either side of the school day:

• Before school, 07:10–07:40, for FS2 to Year 2.
• After school, 14:45–15:45, for Year 3 to Year 13.

Your child's year group determines which session they attend. Please tell the academy office in advance if your child cannot attend a session.

The fee is AED 520.00 per student per term, inclusive of VAT, and is invoiced by the academy office once a place is confirmed.

A place is not confirmed by registration alone. The academy allocates places according to availability, and will contact you with the halaqa, day and time.

Parents commit to the full term's payment when a place is accepted. If you need to withdraw your child during the term, the following applies:

• If your child attends the first half of the term or less, half of the term fee is refunded and half remains payable.
• If your child attends more than half of the term, the full term fee is payable and no refund is due.

The half-way point is measured in whole term weeks from the first day of term. For Term 1 (14 Sep 2026 – 11 Dec 2026), that is the mid-point of the term.

Withdrawals are recorded from the date you tell the academy office, so please notify us as soon as you know. The date you give is what the fee is calculated from, and it will be confirmed to you in writing.

Medical care during academy sessions is provided by the school clinic under the school's own policies. You do not need to give separate consent to the academy.

Photography consent is optional and is asked for at registration. You may change your answer at any time by contacting the academy office.

The academy holds your child's name, date of birth, year group and form group, any medical or additional needs you tell us about, and your contact details. It is used to run the academy — placing your child in a halaqa, recording attendance and progress, and invoicing fees — and is not shared outside the academy and the school.
